Save the Date for The Core Retreat, a whole health retreat to strengthen your mind, body, and soul.

When: March 3-4 (Friday- 5:30pm-7:30pm and Saturday- 8:15am-12:30pm)

Location: Christian Life Center Gym

Cost: $35 (Includes Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, and all classes and material)

Details:

  • Friday’s Key Note Speaker is Tracy Woodard with Covered in Cotton.
  • Saturday’s Key Note Speaker is Pastor Jeff Smith from First Presbyterian, Boone, NC.
  • Choose from 25 classes on faith, fitness and food. We will have certified dieticians, fitness instructors, and counselors.
  • Free childcare (0-4).
  • To be entered into a raffle, bring a friend!
