Operation HEAT for Transitions

July 11 - September 1, 2025

Donate to “Operation HEAT,” a collection for Transitions, through Labor Day.  HEAT stands for Heat Engagement and Assistance Time and immediate relief is needed for Transitions Homeless Shelter. You will be helping to protect individuals experiencing homelessness from extreme heat by providing consistent access to water, ice, shade, air conditioning, showers, and meals.

NOTE: If you are ordering water, it needs to be delivered to Eastminster. Please enter the following address at check-out:

You may also drop water off in our office reception area. (lower Medway lot).
