Jeremiah- Sundays@5 12-week Study led by Dr. Douglass Key- Starting September 7th in the GRAY MUSIC ROOM (CHOIR ROOM) in the sanctuary basement, we will immerse ourselves in the word of the Lord that came to and weighed heavily upon Jeremiah; a word that it was his task to proclaim to the people of Jerusalem in the final days before the Babylonian exile. We’ll walk through a biblical case study for surrendering to God’s sovereignty.
Along the way, we will read the temple sermon, wear the iron yoke, get thrown in a well, buy a field in Anathoth, and above all, complain to God about how hard this surrendered life is.
