Summer is upon us, but our service and care for our friends at Transitions continues each Third Thursday! We need more help than ever during the Summer when members and volunteers are taking much-deserved vacations. Maybe your Small Group or Sunday School Class would enjoy gathering to serve together or to make pasta salad and pound cakes for our Summer months!
Remaining Summer Third Thursdays are July 18 & August 15.
You can buy and donate bananas, make pasta salad, or bake pound cakes. Donations need to be dropped off at the Church Office by 3:00pm (It used to be 4pm).
Others meet at Transitions at 3:45 pm on Third Thursdays to help pack food, and still others meet at 5 pm to serve the meal.
All of it is important and helpful, and we appreciate all volunteers, whether you help once a year or every month. Somehow it always comes together each Third Thursday!
